I got a Bigasuo 10.1 digital picture frame in December from Amazon and the clip that holds the frame upright has broke. How can I go about getting another? I cannot use the frame at this time as it has no way to sit upright.

Can not get online. It says the frame is connected to WiFi but not able to add photos due to not being online it says. I’ve rebooted my system and tried all I know.
