The frame has suddenly stopped showing the photos but it is powered on- I tried unplugging from wall and player and reset . Nothing restores it to working / showing the photos I need a refund or replacement please

We purchased a Frameo 10.1 from Amazon in December 2024 and the frame will no light up. We have tried resetting the machine and everything they told us to do.
Frame keeps flashing and glitching. It’s so bad you can’t hit the settings or see the photos. I bought this for my mother for Mother’s Day. Can a replacement be sent? I’ve tried all trouble shooting steps that I could do.

The screen on my frame (which I bought 2 weeks ago) keeps turning on and off and shows the options to power off or restart the frame. It appears that if I press and hold the power button the problem seems to go away. My guess is that the power button is not working properly. I would like to exchange it for a new one. I have already tried all the troubleshooting techniques and factory reset the frame twice.
The photo frame I purchased will only turn on with the brand name and then goes to a black screen. Have tried new power cord, hard reset button, unplugging for 15 mins and trying again. I need a refund or new product please
