I received a digital frame for my birthday in February. It no longer turns on. I replaced the power cord and it still will not turn on. Can I submit a warranty claim?
My frame is no longer connected to the internet even though it says the signal is strong. I have powered down both the frame and the WIFi, entered the code many times. And still it just says Connecting. It never connects. What should I do? I have only had this 6 months.
What is the purpose of the micro-USB port on the frame? Can you transfer photos through this port?

I want to set up watching Prime Video on my Bigasuo projection. The remote pairing phase asks me which TV I am using. Is Bigasuo listed as a differnt company with Amazon Fire TV?
