I received this product for a Christmas present last Christmas. My daughter-in-law wanted to upgrade my old one. This one is terrible. It doesn’t work half the time. It shuts down and then I have to restart it and the pictures are going real fast with a line across them. You can’t make out any of the pictures. I unplugg it and have it unplugged overnight and start it up and it’s still the same. I wish I could send a video to show you how it is.
