Hi, I purchased a Frameo (10.1 Inch WiFi Digital Picture Frame, 1280x800 HD IPS Touch Screen Photo Frame Electronic, 32GB Memory) on Amazon in November. When we set up the frame tonight the stand snapped unexpectedly, and I would like a replacement. I see that Bigasuo offers replacement of the frame if there are defects, as per the product info listed on Amazon ("BIGASUO provides 1-Year no-reason replacement service & life-time technical support."). Would it be possible to ship one to us? Thank you!

I purchased the 10.1 digital wifi frame. I purchased multiple frames and only one seems to be defective. It does say a free replacement but there is no contact number on the card from the box so unsure of how to go about it. It was a gift for my dad. Hello, The top of one microphone fell off and the sound piece in the other mic rumbles around affecting the sound quality. Are you able to replace these? The main unit seems to be working well and I thought it would be a bet option to have the mics replaced versus returning the entire product through Amazon
