    I purchased this digital frame 4/16/24 through Amazon as a Mother's Day gift. The frame has worked perfectly until 2 weeks ago when it suddenly went black and no reset or trouble shooting suggestions have fixed the problem. The unit powers on (you can feel the heat from the screen/unit) but the screen remains dark. Can you assist with suggestions or a replacement?

    This digital frame was a gift from my children 7months ago. There was a brief power outage in our home and the Frameo is now frozen on the red screen. I’ve tried everything. I cannot get it back and it’s under warranty. I would like a new frame. Thank you
