I understand that a significant amount of time has passed since the original purchase, but there are a few serious issues I would like to bring to your attention: The item is defective and no longer functions as expected, which suggests a possible manufacturing defect or poor quality that was not evident upon. I only succes to charge it once. I use the karaoke machine 3 time since I receive it in gift. As a customer, I made this purchase in good faith via amazon, and I believe there is a level of accountability in ensuring the legitimacy and reliability of third-party sellers. Despite the time elapsed, I believe this situation falls under the concept of a latent defect (hidden fault), which may not be subject to strict time limitations in many jurisdictions. The item no longer works, and we can’t get it to reset. We can’t get it to factory reset and we can’t fix it. We would like a full refund.
