    Hi there, The proejctor is not connecting to my laptop. The HDMI cable is plugged in securely at both ends (I know the cable works because it comes my monitor). I have tried restarting both laptop and projector but it still isnt working. I have also tried another laptop and it still doesnt work.

    Received B-141K 14.1 inch Cloud Photo Frame in February, 2022 as a gift. I have had 2 professional technicians to help me get the photo frame to operate. With no avail. They both assured me that there is something wrong with this photo frame. It is now June 14, 2022. I have been patient long enough. I feel your company should send me a replacement of the photo frame. Something must be wrong with this product because it is totally unreasonable to have a product that is so difficult to operate. Looking forward to your assistance in resolving this problem. Thank you.

    I received this product for a Christmas present last Christmas. My daughter-in-law wanted to upgrade my old one. This one is terrible. It doesn’t work half the time. It shuts down and then I have to restart it and the pictures are going real fast with a line across them. You can’t make out any of the pictures. I unplugg it and have it unplugged overnight and start it up and it’s still the same. I wish I could send a video to show you how it is.
