I purchased the Frameo 10.1 Inch WiFi Digital Picture Frame, 1280x800 HD IPS Touch Screen Photo Frame Electronic, 32GB Memory last year as a gift for my mother. Her wifi was upgraded to 5ghz and now I can not upload photos to the frame. How do I fix this problem? Thank you.

I've purchased a total of 9 picture frames models 102K. My recent Order # 113-7435106-0389016 has 3 frames that were given as gifts, one of the frames has a damaged screen. it has markings inside the screen that cannot be removed by cleaning. I cannot return the entire 3 frames, because they were already given as gifts. How do I go about getting a replacement for just the 1 frame?

I bought 3 of your frames in September 2024. One of them keeps showing a black screen and needs to be reset...could I get a replacement as this is only a few months old?
I have bought four of these Frameo frames. Why do they play the same pictures over and over even though I have over 200 or more on my frame I’m very disappointed. I have so many pictures I’d like to see and the same ones keep playing I have rebooted.
