My digital frame has had issues from the beginning but now won't turn on at all. How do I get a refund?
I purchased a photo frame from Amazon for a Christmas gift. It stopped working less than a month after use. It no longer powers on.
I jsut purchased the digital picture frame through Amazon. I can't get the frame to stay connected to wifi. It will say the signal is 'Amazing', yet not connected.

My dc cord for frame is not working. I know it is the cord because I tried another frame cord and it worked. I have searched for a replacement and haven't been able to find one that works. I am more than willing to pay for a cord but need one that will work.

I’ve had my frame for a year and it was working perfect I started having issues so I purchased the iCloud storage and it started working again but now it will only flash the frame Io across the screen with some dots and I have tried everything to get the frame to display the pictures again and it is not working
