I’ve loaded pictures on my frame, but the frame turns on for one minute and then turns right back off and is inoperable. Can you please send me a new cord? We have tried plugging unplugging resetting but nothing works. I would like to try a new cord to see if somehow the connection is not holding. Thank you

Unable to keep frames connected to my WiFi. I have restored the frame to factory settings and still the it disconnects.
Hi there, I bought the digital picture frame and we just opened it and it won’t connect to wifi. I did a factory reset and unplugged and replugged in the wifi and it still won’t connect. It just says scanning. Also reset it a few times.
The frame will only show one picture. It doesn’t rotate between the pictures that are on the frame. Does this need to be returned? This is my second request for help.

I purchased frame as Christmas gift for sister. The frame worked great at first, now it has a black screen with lines thru it. Tried the problem solving list, didn't fix it. The box has been dicarded. Can this item still be replaced? Amazon says returns can be made until Jan 31, 2025. Thanks for your help!
I’ve tried using the trouble shooting guidelines and emailed Frameo. I’ve only had this since last November and whenever I try to connect to the WiFi it shuts off. Can I have A replacement please?
