I received this digital frame for Mother’s Day and it worked for less than a week. I have tried all of the suggestions to reset it to no avail. Please advise on getting a replacement. Thank you!

It looks like a lot of people are having similar problems. I purchsed my frame in February and it randomly stopped working correctly. The screen flashes black every few seconds no matter what I do to try and reset it. Please send replacement part or replacement frame.
Hi there, I purchased the Frameo 10.1 Inch Wifi Digital Picture Frame from Amazon on December 2, 2024. It was working well up until the past few days, now the screen just remains white and no pictures can be displayed. Please let me know how I can solve this issue - if it cannot be solved I would like a new one to replace this defective one. Thanks so much, Mary
The first frame I purchased last year works amazingly so I decided to order another one this year. The product repeatedly shuts down on its own, randomly disconnects from wifi and refuses to stay connected, will not allow me to upload pictures. Very disappointed with the product this time around. I've tried all of the troubleshooting and nothing has worked.
I purchased this product in February. It has just stopped working. All I get is a black screen. I've tried all the things troubleshooting said to do. But it still won't work. It's juat outside the date to return back to Amazon. Can you send a replacement. I did not spend that money for it to only work a couple of months. We bought it for our new home and loved it!
The "Welcome, never disconnect frameo while frame is running" screen keeps popping up and flashing. I just purchased this frame for Mother's day 2025. My mother powered it off and back on and it started working again. She left for an hour or so, and when she got back the frame is flashing the "welcome" screen thing again. Can I be sent a new one or would you like to tell me how to fix this problem?.
