I purchased a Digital Picture Fram Model: B-102K. I purchased for my elderly mother and recently realized that she never had it set up. We opened the box today and the power cord that come in the box is not correct. I would like to know how we are able to get the correct power cord?

I am using the frame ID 9CEXSC but it is not recognized. I have sent photos to the device on the app but they do not appear on the photo frame device. I have tried to bind to the frame by email but the email reply says the frame ID does not exist. Please help to get this frame ID activated.

I would like to buy your BIgasuo digital Frame in Canada and send it to Switzerland. The power in Canada is 120v and in Switzerland is 230v. Is your power adapter capable of working in both countries?
