I recently bought the 10.1 Inch WiFi Digital Photo Frame, IPS Touch Screen Digital Picture Frame as a gift for my grandfather. He just messaged me and told me the the picture frame is not working. "It made my SD card unreadable when trying photo transfer that way, and is not visible to my computers when trying the USB method. So I figure the unit must be defective." I bought the picture frame from Amazon. My order number is: 701-2802150-7421834 Please let me know the next steps for either a replacement or a refund.
I gave a frameo to my mother for Christmas. It stopped working last week. Went black - no pictures and won’t restart even unplugging it for a few days and plugging it back in - of course pushing the on/off button.
