Frame has never worked out of box. It is under a year old and I would like a new one sent. And this is the second time I have reached out and I have not heard a response. Please advise.
Good morning. Our daughter and son-in-law are expecting our first grandchild and they bought us the frameo P100 to share ultra sounds of the little one. I cannot find the "stand" that holds the digital frame upright. I cannot tell her it is missing. Can i please get another somehow? many thanks, Jeanne
I was told by Frameo there are no further troubleshooting suggestions to try. Can you please let me know if you can offer me a discount to purchase a new frame since this one only lasted for 1 year? Thank you.
