My frame is no longer connected to the internet even though it says the signal is strong. I have powered down both the frame and the WIFi, entered the code many times. And still it just says Connecting. It never connects. What should I do? I have only had this 6 months.

How do I change the email address for the frame owner? I set it up with mine to gift after loading photos and now want to change it to theirs. Please advise. I do have a couple other questions-is there a way to call or chat online with customer service? Thank You

I want to set up watching Prime Video on my Bigasuo projection. The remote pairing phase asks me which TV I am using. Is Bigasuo listed as a differnt company with Amazon Fire TV?
