My daughter bought me this for Mother’s Day last year
But I was in the middle of moving and I literally just set it up a few weeks ago.
This morning I decided to move it . I pushed the off button and unplugged it.
Now I just get the message
“Don’t unplug while running “
I shut it off first so I don’t understand why it won’t work now, possibly I didn’t wait long enough after pushing the off button is all I can think of!
I tried to reboot and nothing
Any suggestions?
$50 is a lot to spend on something

The unit will not connect to Wi-Fi and does not receive a signal unless it is touching the Wi-Fi output device.
A factory reset did not resolve the issue.
I require a replacement for this item.
The unit was purchased from Amazon.ca on January 26, 2025.

Just purchased the Frameo WiFi Digital Picture Frames 2 Pack from Amazon.ca. Unit 1 was set up with photos last week but stopped working today. The screen is black.
Unit 2 was set up two days ago and still working (so far).
I've tried switching out the power chords and unit 1 still does not work. It's not turning on period.. Just a black screen. Not sure how to return or how to fix or how to get a replacement for one of the two items.

My friend purchased 2 sets of the Mini Karaoke Machine for kids with 2 wireless microphones. Both machines stopped working, I thought the battery had died but I plugged them in and the charging light is on but it doesn’t charge. I have tried different outlets of my house and they just wont charge.

I ordered the
Frameo 10.1" Digital Picture Frame...as a gift for Christmas. It cannot connect to the internet. Made sure it was on the correct speed for the frame and even tried removing firewalls.
I think it may be defective and would like a replacement or refund as the window has closed through Amazon.
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

I recently bought the 10.1 Inch WiFi Digital Photo Frame, IPS Touch Screen Digital Picture Frame as a gift for my grandfather. He just messaged me and told me the the picture frame is not working.
"It made my SD card unreadable when trying photo transfer that way, and is not visible to my computers when trying the USB method. So I figure the unit must be defective."
I bought the picture frame from Amazon.

Please let me know the next steps for either a replacement or a refund.

I gave a frameo to my mother for Christmas. It stopped working last week. Went black - no pictures and won’t restart even unplugging it for a few days and plugging it back in - of course pushing the on/off button.
