I purchased the 10.1 digital wifi frame. I purchased multiple frames and only one seems to be defective. It does say a free replacement but there is no contact number on the card from the box so unsure of how to go about it. It was a gift for my dad. The frame was plugged in and it turned onto the homepage and then all of a sudden went black. We’ve been trying to troubleshoot it but can’t find very much information on how to do it.

Hello I ordered a twin pack Frameo photo frame however 1 of the items has line of dead pixels. I am unable to return through Amazon as they were gifts and the items are no longer in stock. The card in the box states that 1 items can be replaced but can’t find an easy way of doing this

The top of one microphone fell off and the sound piece in the other mic rumbles around affecting the sound quality. Are you able to replace these? The main unit seems to be working well and I thought it would be a bet option to have the mics replaced versus returning the entire product through Amazon

I ordered the Frameo 10.1 inch WiFi digital picture frame as a Christmas gift from Amazon. The set up went well but the screen keeps going blank. The first two times we were able to get it working again but now it has been the days. It seems to happen when the frame gets moved even a little. Possibly the power connection site is faulty. I am still in the window to return the frame to Amazon but I am now concerned about the quality and if I should order a replacement. The gift was for my dad and his wife and they really love the frame when it is working. What is your policy on defective products? I don't want to reorder and find out in stuck with another defective product I can't return
