    I purchased a Frameo in May, and since de beginning it has been having connection problems. It’s been a month since I was able to connect the frame to de internet to upload pictures. Please provide troubleshooting instructions, I have tried restart, reset Wi-Fi, etc but nothing seems to work.

    I got the Frameo as a gift for my wife and it worked fine for a little bit and now it flickers on and off constantly.

    I made a purchase of a Frameo 10.1" digital picture frame via Amazon Order # 114-2485331-4829825. It worked fine for a couple of months, but now it is flickering on and off. I would like a replacement item sent ASAP as this was a Mother's Day gift for my wife and she would really like one that works!

    Hello, I would like to receive a replacement HDMI/USBC cord for my BIGASUO Portable Monitor, 15.6". Monitor receives power, but won't extend desktop. it also states that it is getting no signal, even though my Macbook recognizes it. thanks!

    We bought the frame from Amazon less than a month ago. It was working great and out of nowhere stopped working and won't turn back on - tried multiple times to restart it. It is very upsetting and we would like a replacement mailed as soon as possible, and a refund if not. Thank you.
