I purchased 6 frames in total. One with the following troubleshooting message: Android Recovery etc.
We did turn off and on the frame and yet no result. No pictures to see. We have not done the factory data reset since it is likely to lose all pictures. What is your recommendation to get this frame working correctly?

I have bought four of these in the last 120 days , I love them. But my daughter’s charger worked for the first week and now it doesn’t . We have tons of photos downloaded , so we just need a new charger. Where can we order it?

I purchased a BIGASUO 10.1 Inch WiFi Digital Picture back in July on Amazon. I purchased with the intent to give it as a present for Christmas so I did not open and try to set up until Christmas. Unfortunately, we are having significant set up issues. We set it up - it looks fine - but when we come back to it the next day, none of the set up or pictures that we have loaded are present.
What can we do to resolve this? It is currently not usable.
