    Hello, I would like to receive a replacement HDMI/USBC cord for my BIGASUO Portable Monitor, 15.6". Monitor receives power, but won't extend desktop. it also states that it is getting no signal, even though my Macbook recognizes it. thanks!

    We bought the frame from Amazon less than a month ago. It was working great and out of nowhere stopped working and won't turn back on - tried multiple times to restart it. It is very upsetting and we would like a replacement mailed as soon as possible, and a refund if not. Thank you.

    I have bought 6 different frames for myself and family members and 3/6 are not working. 2 of them keep turning off and 1 wont connect to wifi. I would like a replacement for the broken ones please.

    I purchased this Frameo for my parents anniversary. They LOVE it! It has suddenly became frozen and won’t do anything. I have tried unplugging and resetting it. Nothing unfreezes it. Please help!
