hi i am reaching out because i ordered the frameo 10.1 inch wifi digital picture frame 1280x800 hd ips touch screen photo frame on Amazon on june 9, 2025 order # 113-2982930-9441002. someone in my house lost the stand and i would like to place it on a tabletop. i haven't used this product due to the missing stand. how can i get a new stand? please advise
My frame is 4 months old and starting blinking Have reset, rebooted and tried a different power cord....no change. Is there another fix for the frame?? Model b-102k
Frame is losing connection with the Wi-Fi. It is unable to detect any available Wi-Fi networks when attempting to reconnect. After a restart, the frame successfully connects to Wi-Fi, but the connection drops again shortly afterward and has to be restarted each time to get the connecting back. Please advice.
T the frame works for an hour or so then it starts blinking on or on off. I did everything that troubleshooting told me to do even looked on online to find out other people what they did and none of those items work moving it to a new location, making sure all connections are right resetting I don’t know what else to do
I purchased 3 frames in May 2025 and one has stopped working. Please advise next steps. Thank you.

Bought the Frameo plug-in wifi picture frame and it will no longer connect to wifi. I have restarted it, reconnected to wifi.. it keeps saying “scanning” then “disconnected”. But signal strength says “amazing”
