    I bought a Frameo model 102K for my sister in law for her birthday. We finally got a chance to connect it but it doesn't work. It connects to the internet then disconnects. I have reset it and tried it in three different networks with the same result. I can't return it to Amazon as I bought it on May 11 and it is over 30 days. I eould like a replacement ss I have one at my home and we love it!

    I bought a PC about 2 months ago. Device name: DESKTOP-FO37FU1. Device ID: 27652FDE-AA23-46DC-AAD9-9388BCE850E1. Product ID: 00325-85344-11341-AAOEM. I have 2 problems: 1. When I plug in a headset though the 3.5 mm jack, the speakers work, but the microphone does not 2. When I connect Air Pods Pro via Bluetooth, the output and the input cut off intermittently. I've tried some troubleshooting, like changing different settings, restarting the PC, and updating reinstalling drivers, but they didn't work.

    I purchased a monitor July 25, 2024 and it has stopped working. It will enter power saving mode while actively maneuvering through settings and does not connect via mini HDMI or USB-C

    I’m reaching out regarding a karaoke machine we recently purchased from your company Order #:113-0570270-7973065; Purchase Date: October 2024. Unfortunately, both microphones included with the unit are not functioning. We’ve followed all troubleshooting steps provided in the manual, but the issue persists. We’d appreciate it if we could initiate an exchange for a new unit, as we’d like to ensure the product functions as intended. Please let us know the next steps and whether any additional information is required from our end.
