My frame does not work
My frame stoppped working after 2 weeks of having it , the screen won’t turn on AiiB
Frame touch screen will not work anymore. Got only 5 months ago
Had frame for 5 months. Wont power on. We have checked the outlets and tested the power cord output with voltage meter and it is putting out 5 volts. The problem is with the frame.
I am looking at getting my frame replaced. I ordered for a birthday present and the frame isn’t staying connected to the wifi. Please can you arrange for an exchange with the faulty frame please.
My Frameo was purchased as a Mother's Day gift and by the time I opened it, it was past the return window. It will not stay connected to our Wifi. It is the fault of the frame. Please replace it! I have checked our Wifi and it works.
