I purchased a digital frame from Amazon. I was able to export to a micro SD card, but I can't get the card back out of the slot. How do I get the card to eject?

I bought a digital frame from you on Amazon in April and one of the frames just keeps on flashing on and off. Even after a power cycle, the frame will work normally for the first 5-10m then will continue to flash like before. I just want to exchange the defective one

Hi, I purchased a BIGASUO 10.1 inch Frameo digital picture frame. It ran ok for 2 months, now, the screen flashes on and off. I have tried to restart and reboot but to no avail. How can I have this replaced?
