    I have already sent a message yesterday, thinking maybe I didn’t give enough information. I purchased this on 11/19/2024, this is the second one I purchased the first was on 11/22/2022 both from Amazon, the first one lasted approximately 1.5 years and just went out and would not come back on, the second one lasted approximately 4 months, it goes off after 3 days, reset then will last another 3 days, I would like this either replace or a full refund.     Bought my Frameo approximately 4 month’s ago and randomly shuts off, I reboot and works for 3 days or so, same thing, I performed diagnostics and it needs to be replaced.

    I purchased the Frameo 10.1 Inch WiFi Digital Picture Frame, 1280x800 HD IPS Touch Screen Photo Frame Electronic, 32GB Memory, from Amazon on Dec. 1, 2024. It was a Christmas gift, it stopped working after 4 months. It starts up (Frameo Logo), then begins loading Android. Then will reboot and repeat. I have folllowed all recommendations to fix it (including reset button and disconnecting power). I believe it needs to be replaced.

    Purchased off Amazon. Maybe only had for a month. Now it turns off and the power will flicker on over and over until it turns off . I’ve reset it and it does the same on reset ..

    I ordered 3 Frameo frames from Amazon from you it seems. 2 of them work just fine, but 1 can't turn on. I tried the troubleshooting steps recommended online but nothing works. Would like a frame sent to me as replacement

    Dear Customer Service, I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding an item I purchased over a year ago from a third-party seller through Amazon. I understand that a significant amount of time has passed since the original purchase, but there are a few serious issues I would like to bring to your attention: The item is defective and no longer functions as expected, which suggests a possible manufacturing defect or poor quality that was not evident upon. I only succes to charge it once. I use the karaoke machine 3 time since I receive it in gift. As a customer, I made this purchase in good faith via amazon, and I believe there is a level of accountability in ensuring the legitimacy and reliability of third-party sellers. Despite the time elapsed, I believe this situation falls under the concept of a latent defect (hidden fault), which may not be subject to strict time limitations in many jurisdictions. Given these concerns, I would appreciate your assistance in either connecting me with a responsable. The seller is no longer on Amazon. Thank you for your time and understanding.
