I am using the frame ID 9CEXSC but it is not recognized. I have sent photos to the device on the app but they do not appear on the photo frame device. I have tried to bind to the frame by email but the email reply says the frame ID does not exist. Please help to get this frame ID activated.

My frame is no longer connected to the internet even though it says the signal is strong. I have powered down both the frame and the WIFi, entered the code many times. And still it just says Connecting. It never connects. What should I do? I have only had this 6 months.
