My frame started acting very odd. The touch screen is malfunctioning. It’s skipping around like it’s being pushed but it’s not. When I try to push something it acts like I pushed something I didn’t and then it will pop up a bunch of different screens. I was able to back up the pictures onto a drive luckily. I’ve tried resetting it and turning it off for a few days but nothing is working. Please help. Thank you
