I ordered my 10.1 digital frame on April 25,2024, and it is no longer working properly. I can still see pictures but the touch screen capabilities have stopped working, and there is a green flag in the corner indicating an addition to the catalog that I cannot remove. I cannot find any information about the warranty on this product, but I am hoping it was at least a year from the date of purchase. I have attempted to reset it, unplug it, etc., but nothing works. Please contact me and let me know what your warranty is. I love the frame and would hate to lose all of my pictures. Thank you.
