    I purchased my digital touchscreen frame on Amazon a in December, I kept getting a message that it could not connect to the WiFi, now it’s just plays the existing photos but i can not add new ones and the touchscreen stopped working. I would like a replacement or at least send it somewhere for your company to repair. Thank you.

    I've had my projector for about a year, but I've only successfully used it once. Since that first time I used it, now when I turn it on the picture it there for a second then goes black and turns back off. Any suggestions ?

    After just a month My frame has stopped working. I have gone thought all off the trouble shooting steps and it Will not turn on. Can it be replaced? Was a gift.

    I purchased a digital frame from Amazon. I was able to export to a micro SD card, but I can't get the card back out of the slot. How do I get the card to eject?
