My Frameo picture frame has stopped working. I can hear videos playing but none of the video shows up. I’ve tried turning it off and unplugging it as directed but that doesn’t fix it. I’d like to get this resolved. I’ve only had it a few months. Thank you. Karen O’Connor

I purchased 2 - 10.1inch 1280x800 HD electric photo frames. One works just fine, but the second one will not turn on or charge. When we use the first charger it works fine, so I am just trying to find a replacement for the charging cord.

Does this picture fram have a feature that turns it on and off automatically, if so how do I set this up. My old frame turned on when someone walked by and off after about 3 hrs. Can this frame do something similar, if not do you sell a frame that does. So far it's only on or off which is annoying.
