    My dc cord for frame is not working. I know it is the cord because I tried another frame cord and it worked. I have searched for a replacement and haven't been able to find one that works. I am more than willing to pay for a cord but need one that will work.

    I’ve had my frame for a year and it was working perfect I started having issues so I purchased the iCloud storage and it started working again but now it will only flash the frame Io across the screen with some dots and I have tried everything to get the frame to display the pictures again and it is not working

    I’ve loaded pictures on my frame, but the frame turns on for one minute and then turns right back off and is inoperable. Can you please send me a new cord? We have tried plugging unplugging resetting but nothing works. I would like to try a new cord to see if somehow the connection is not holding. Thank you
